About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Team Sales team at T-Mobile. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new business customers, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and marketing, to stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Stay organized and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
Requirements
  • 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze customer needs
  • CRM software experience, preferably Salesforce
