Key Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they step into our club.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and providing tours to prospective members.
- Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalate issues to Assistant Managers or Managers as needed.
- Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
- Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to navigate our club management system and other software applications.
- Passion for Fitness and Health: A genuine interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, approachable demeanor that makes our members feel valued and supported.
- Punctuality and Reliability: A strong commitment to being on time and meeting deadlines.
- Standing and Walking: Continual standing and walking during shifts.
- Talking and Communication: Continual talking in person or on the phone during shifts.
- Lifting and Moving: Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: $13.50 per hour
