Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $27/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-2pm

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing support across bookkeeping, general office administration, and operations oversight. Your primary focus will be on assisting with financial tasks, such as payroll processing and finalizing ledgers, as well as managing daily operations and providing oversight to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bookkeeping support, including finalizing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and following up on past-due invoices.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including coordinating and ensuring checks are cut monthly.
  • Handle general office administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in managing daily operations and provide oversight to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute contracts, proposals, and other key documents.
