Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking inventory levels and supplies.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also required.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant administrative support experience and/or special projects experience.
