Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing proactive diagnosis and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement annual business plans for clients, including trade promotion strategy development and assessment.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including quarterly client discussions and sales objective development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in new business development.
  • Extensive knowledge of the natural and grocery channel retailers.
  • Broker management and manufacturer/CPG experience.
  • Working knowledge of distributor networks.
  • Highly proficient in supermarket math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make presentations.
