We're looking for a skilled and strategic Sales Performance Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for analyzing and improving channel operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize channel partner program operations
  • Develop and implement program policies, processes, and guidelines
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product
  • Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and co-marketing activities
  • Manage channel-related systems, tools, and platforms (e.g., PRM, CRM)

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or a related role in the SaaS industry
  • Deep understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and SaaS go-to-market strategies
  • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and PRM platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
