We are seeking a driven professional with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer businesses, particularly with consumer healthcare and/or e-commerce experience. As the Head of Performance and Acquisition, you will design multi-channel marketing objectives for DTC acquisition and retention, including brand and performance channels and CRM, to drive efficient revenue growth.

You will manage reporting of performance marketing and brand initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to decision-making. Additionally, you will work closely with the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer to craft strategy and messaging for entering and winning in payer and employer channels.

With a strong analytical mindset and excellent copywriting skills, you will develop, with internal and external resources, brand-right creative designed to convert new subscribers and members. You will also define and execute retention/reactivation strategies, working with product and engineering teams, to improve cross-service attachment rate and drive patient lifetime value.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
