About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our business-owner clients and internal teams on human capital management, employment law compliance, employee relations, organizational development, and workers' compensation administration.
  • Develop and implement best practices in human resources, including HR metrics and benchmarking, to drive business results and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, organizational development initiatives, and cultural development experiences that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of HR services.
  • Stay up-to-date on current laws, events, industry trends, and economic factors that impact BBSI and its clients, and provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance and optimal business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in hands-on and strategic HR management, with a strong background in human resources principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven HR initiatives, with a focus on metrics, benchmarking, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Advanced degree in HR or a related field, with certifications such as SPHR or PHR.
