Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HR Business Partner to support junior level employees, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and coordinate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Recruit and onboard all non-exempt positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Champion our work environment vision by providing advice and coaching to employees, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Work with Total Rewards to evaluate employee total rewards packages and support pay recommendations consistent with policy guidelines.
  • Interpret, apply, and monitor HR policy and program opportunities to support line operations.
  • Act as an interface between Corporate and brand HR teams on all corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of Employment Law and concepts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and coordinate all aspects of data gathering and compilation of government programs, including AAP, EEOC, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Understanding of employment laws and statutes pertaining to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, WARN, Employee Agreements, etc.
  • General knowledge of P&L, including budget process.
