Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant at Fairway Village Homeowners Association. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including managing communications, organizing files, and performing various office duties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions, either physical or electronic.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls and emails, providing accurate information or redirecting inquiries as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Event Planning: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office activities.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software, with experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and CRM software a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or in a related field a plus.
