Job Summary

The Client Service Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Financial Advisor team at Kestra Financial Independent Advisor. This position requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to provide timely, efficient, and professional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in client meeting preparation and follow-up, including assembling necessary documentation, report generation, appointment scheduling, and post-meeting documentation.
  • Manage client needs regarding processing, service, and problem resolution in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Partner with the Broker Dealer to establish new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process, submit, and service all account paperwork and requests, utilizing paperless procedures where available.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain the CRM database, defining and ensuring adherence to appropriate client service models.
  • Manage multiple and competing priorities daily to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners, influencing others without direct control.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a good understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
