The Customer Experience Associate position is crucial to the success of Hybrid Global Logistics Services. The individual in this role will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and driving organic growth among key strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to guarantee timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments.
  • Identify and document current and prospective business development opportunities within the CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly performance targets while adhering to established company KPIs on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Partner with the operations team to prepare and present customer quotes.
  • Deliver client-facing presentations and reports to enhance customer engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and management, fostering new opportunities and addressing challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing the transportation needs of clients.
  • Prior management experience in the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Solid understanding of carrier procurement and operational load movement processes.
  • Proficient in engaging with various levels of internal and external teams while effectively communicating with clients.
  • Ability to extract critical information from clients to foster business growth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned, with the understanding that responsibilities may evolve to meet business needs.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).
  • Experience with McLeod System Software is preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions effectively to leadership.
