You will engage with both current and prospective clients, including professional dealers and homeowners, assisting them with product education, selection, quoting, and order management.

As part of the Serena Shades team, you will collaborate with a group of customer-focused professionals to deliver outstanding service, contributing to the growth of our Serena business.

Serena smart shades provide effortless control over natural light in residential spaces.

They are designed for easy installation, operate quietly, and can be managed through the Lutron app, a smart remote, or voice commands.


Responsibilities:

Your Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, serving as the comprehensive solution for their needs, from product selection to design assistance and issue resolution.

Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, addressing and resolving issues promptly.

Employ your innovative and creative thinking skills to propose solutions to business challenges.

Develop a robust understanding of our Serena shades and Caséta product lines.

Qualifications:

How You Know You're Qualified:
You possess an Associate's degree (required) or a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with a minimum GPA of 2.8.

You have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or inside sales and find fulfillment in assisting others through your work, volunteer activities, or hobbies.

You are located within a reasonable commuting distance to accommodate an in-office schedule.

You are available to work flexible hours, including rotating schedules during weekdays and weekends.

You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and can efficiently navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
