Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Atlas Advanage, you will need:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet performance metrics and deadlines.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
