Crisis Response Coordinator

Responsibilities: In this position, you will deliver crisis response services to individuals within community environments. Your role will include acting as a Public Health Officer, with the authority to initiate involuntary admissions and conduct Hospital Pre-Screens for psychiatric admissions or community safety plans. You will also provide mobile crisis support for both children and adults. Each team member is assigned a specific shift and location, working a standard 40-hour week, alongside one (1) twelve (12) hour On Call shift monthly, with additional holiday coverage on a rotational basis. Compensation is provided for On Call hours and any overtime accrued during these shifts. Team members have access to the Crisis Supervisor year-round, 24/7, for consultation and support from colleagues on the same shift. There are no productivity quotas or ongoing caseloads, allowing for a dynamic and often fast-paced work environment. Location: Our office is conveniently situated, providing a short commute from various nearby cities.

Qualifications: Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with other service providers. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required, along with one to three years of relevant experience. Independent licensure is preferred, including Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). A valid State Driver's License is necessary, along with BLS/CPR certification. Proficiency in basic computer, phone, and typing skills is essential for all roles.
