Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily management, support, and development of our Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce environment, including data migration, configuration, and customization.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on Salesforce best practices and features.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and updates, and ensure our environment is optimized for performance and security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and features, including reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
