Salesforce Dashboard Author

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Dashboard Author to join our Business Intelligence & Prospect Strategies team at Boston University. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and maximize the impact of philanthropic efforts at Boston University.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques to transform complex data into meaningful visualizations and reports.
  • Design and implement advanced analytical tools for computational philanthropy to support the engagement and fundraising efforts of DAR.
  • Provide comprehensive support for data analytics, synthesizing data from various sources to provide valuable insights and highlight opportunities to the unit.
  • Develop a suite of new products, reports, and tools to support the daily operations of clients within Boston University's Development & Alumni Relations (DAR).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-8 years' experience in Salesforce administration and data analytics or similar field required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (if not already certified, expected to complete Salesforce Administrator certification in first year).
  • Product knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud required.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft product suite is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience preferred.
  • Working experience with analytics solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, and/or Salesforce Einstein Analytics preferred.
  • Experience within a Blackbaud eCRM database preferred.
