Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Marketing Cloud environment, including journeys, data extensions, users, user roles, connectors, and integrations.
  • Partner with Salesforce and DAR marketing teams to design solutions that ensure maximum utilization of Marketing Cloud platform and achieve engagement goals.
  • Develop and implement complex Marketing Cloud automation workflows to drive innovation in integrated, multi-channel communication flows.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce implementation team to ensure effective development of Marketing Cloud platform for DAR.
  • Provide technical guidance and training for building sophisticated email campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Develop test and measurement strategy with marketing team to track success of marketing campaigns.
  • Support and maintain Preference Center and rules within Marketing Cloud to ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, computer science, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice marketing design techniques, basic knowledge of HTML, and technical expertise regarding audience segmentation, data models, and data mining.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze information, especially related to marketing metrics, with an ability to communicate to business leaders.
