Key Responsibilities- Fulfillment
- Pack and prepare materials for shipment and distribution.
- Utilize client/Loffler designated control systems to ensure accuracy of job and inventory management.
- Mail Services
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail to client specifications.
- Prepare outgoing mail using client site mailing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all US postal regulations.
- Copying/Printing
- Produce, finish, and deliver finished products based on end-user requests.
- Use Loffler provided and/or customer provided software to schedule and bill print/copy jobs.
- Assist with file editing and consulting in preparation for print.
- Scanning
- Scan originals into client designated locations.
- Properly process original documents to client specifications.
- Maintain high levels of output and accuracy.
- Reception
- Answer phones, greet clients and visitors, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Hospitality
- Set up conferences and events. Clean, stock, and prepare client meeting areas.
- Courier
- Deliver items within and outside of client locations.
- Shipping & Receiving
- Use shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and client systems to receive and ship client items.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
- Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
- Ability to communicate both written and orally.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills, including motivation, good judgment, and decisiveness.
- Organization and planning skills, including administrative skills and flexibility.
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- No industry experience required.
