About the OpportunityWe're looking for a Lead Administrative Assistant to join our team at Romero Family Funeral Home in Denver, CO. This role involves various responsibilities, including answering phones, bookkeeping, oral and written communication, data entry, scheduling, secretarial services, and more.
Essential Responsibilities- Maintain regular ongoing two-way communication with home office accountant and department leaders
- Oversee the ordering, tracking, delivery, and location of products and documents
- Support administrative assistants, location leaders, and funeral directors in ensuring all open tasks are completed promptly
- Verify that the company receives all monies owed and accounts are closed where necessary
This role comes with a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
