**Job Description**

Riviera Family Dentistry, a respected dental practice in the Lakewood area, is seeking a seasoned Dental Office Manager to lead our administrative team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing office staff, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and grow our practice.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and marketing team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Multilingual abilities (English and Spanish).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
