Qualifications & Skills:

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in a bartending, serving, or managerial role within a restaurant setting.
  • A proven history of upholding high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with Department of Health standards.
  • Confidence and business insight to delegate effectively based on operational needs.
  • Exceptional guest service abilities.
  • Capability to maintain composure under pressure while communicating clearly and enthusiastically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, requiring minimal oversight.
