The Data Analytics Expert is responsible for interpreting intricate data sets to support strategic organizational decisions, streamline operations, and improve overall business outcomes. Key responsibilities include statistical evaluation, data extraction, and the application of machine learning methodologies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extract, cleanse, and analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings in a straightforward and actionable format.
  • Guarantee the integrity and precision of data through the implementation of validation and quality assurance measures.
  • Comprehend and apply statistical techniques relevant to the organization.
  • Address complex challenges analytically to formulate data-driven solutions.
  • Articulate intricate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with team members across various disciplines within the organization.
  • Engage in special projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a healthcare-related discipline with strong analytical components.
  • Relevant coursework in machine learning, data analysis, statistics, and database management is highly advantageous. Courses focused on healthcare data, such as health informatics, are preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R, as well as SQL.
  • Experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis of both structured (e.g., relational databases) and unstructured data (e.g., text data, images).
  • Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of healthcare-specific data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is preferred.
