Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our expanding finance team. This position will be based in our Costa Mesa office and will focus on forward-looking pricing strategies, product portfolio evaluations, cost structure assessments, market analysis, and resource allocation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses to develop strategies that significantly impact Anduril's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage performance dashboards and investigate KPI health.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to translate A/B testing results into projected profit and unit-economic effects.
- Maintain forecasting models and create comprehensive, data-driven models to analyze segmentation, pricing strategies, and financial implications.
- Identify business opportunities and formulate hypotheses to illuminate pathways for success.
Qualifications
- A strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the underlying reasons behind numerical data.
- Technical proficiency with a focus on precision and the ability to dissect complex quantitative challenges.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate problems from multiple perspectives.

- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and analyzing experiments, preferably in a business context.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between $88,000 and $174,000 USD, based on various compensation factors including experience and education. Anduril offers competitive equity grants as part of its total compensation package, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, fully paid medical leave, and generous paid time off. A professional development stipend is also available, along with fully subsidized on-site meals during the work week.
