Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of **Parts Manager** at **Crossroads Auto Group**. The ideal candidate will oversee the parts division within our automotive dealership, ensuring top-notch customer service and the efficient functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the parts division, which includes ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing automotive parts and accessories.
  • Maintaining an organized and well-stocked parts department to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by accurately identifying and addressing customer requirements.
  • Professionally managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with service technicians to guarantee the availability of necessary parts for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Keeping precise records of inventory levels, sales transactions, and warranty claims.
  • Leading and training the parts department personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with relevant federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a parts management role within a dealership environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of parts and warranty processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service aptitude with a focus on building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing pressure effectively.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in automotive technology or business management is preferred.
