What we require from you:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous automotive or shop experience.
  • Basic toolset for performing oil services and wheel removal.
  • Ability to utilize computerized equipment for inspections and documentation.
  • Self-motivated and highly reliable.
  • Capability to operate a manual transmission.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Accurately perform necessary maintenance on customer vehicles according to Scott's standards and vehicle specifications.
  • Utilize provided equipment to inspect every vehicle entering the shop.
  • Document vehicle conditions through photographs during the inspection process to effectively communicate with service advisors and customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's reputation.
  • Assist technicians in keeping their work areas clean and free of hazards, including emptying trash and disposing of parts properly.
  • Support front-end staff in managing client interactions and vehicle preparations, including check-ins and loaner vehicle setups.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure customer vehicles are maintained and repaired safely and efficiently, enhancing company profits and maintaining company standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Director.
  • Monitor and assist with the upkeep of the shop, tools, and equipment.
  • Execute any other duties that contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the shop.
