Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance, policy details, and claims.
- Efficiently manage policy applications, modifications, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Support agents with administrative tasks and service functions.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions for professional development.
- Prepare insurance-related documents such as certificates and summaries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from agents, customers, and internal departments.
- Ensure the provision of accurate and helpful information to all stakeholders.
- Effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Perform general office duties and assist with project assignments.
- Consistently deliver high levels of customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Valid Florida 4-40 License required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
