Essential Duties:

  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance, policy specifics, and claims.
  • Efficiently manage policy applications, modifications, and renewals.
  • Keep client records current and accurate.
  • Support agents with administrative tasks and service functions.
  • Engage in ongoing training for professional growth.
  • Prepare insurance-related documents such as certificates and summaries.
  • Respond to inquiries from agents, customers, and internal departments promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate and helpful information is provided to all stakeholders.
  • Effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform general office duties and assist with project assignments.
  • Consistently deliver high levels of customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Valid Florida 4-40 License required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
