Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team at 4 Lane Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our book of business and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and support sales goals of the agency, including new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service, retention, and profit goals.
  • Solicit and write new business while conforming to all state laws and insurance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and work to cross-sell additional policies to those clients.
  • Meet production requirements and goals assigned by the agency, including maintaining accurate monthly prospecting and sales records.
  • Travel locally to meet with clients and prospects as needed.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous insurance agency experience highly preferred.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Comfortable dealing with high volumes of phone activity.
  • Ability to work independently and proficiently without excess supervision.
  • Basic PC skills, basic math skills, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
