Store Manager: Malbon Golf Retail Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Malbon Golf boutique store in DC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and motivate a team of sales associates and sales supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including creating engaging in-store experiences, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the Malbon Golf brand, promoting its values and mission to customers and team members.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Retail Experience: 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office, with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer:
