About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Malbon Golf. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create exceptional customer experiences by wardrobing each customer based on their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Participate in general store maintenance, including cleanliness and upkeep of the store, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, customer engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Adaptability: Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: Technical golf knowledge and awareness of current trends and events required.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs, and maintaining an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
