Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Golf Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Golf Galaxy. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive store environment where customers feel welcome and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
Requirements
  • Decision-quality/decision-making abilities.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
