Job Title: Senior ERP Project Manager and Administrator

As a Senior ERP Project Manager and Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the administration, maintenance, and support of our Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system, while managing related projects and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with IT, developers, and end-users to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and system requirements.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the status of requests, ongoing projects, and any potential risks or delays.
  • Plan and execute tasks to meet deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Administer, maintain, and support the Dynamics 365 F&O system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle incoming requests from stakeholders through the help desk system, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, Dynamics D365 resources, and external consultants to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Address Level 1 tickets, such as permissions, access issues, and other operational tasks, by making necessary changes within Dynamics D365 F&O.
  • Manage code deployments across multiple instances of Dynamics D365 F&O in collaboration with external suppliers.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Provide training and create user documentation for new system features and processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O, addressing user concerns and system issues.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system and across related integrations.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, Azure services, and other relevant technologies to improve functionality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience in ERP system administration, specifically with Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience managing ERP-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O system administration, including security, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure services and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Power BI for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders, IT, and external consultants.
