Job Description

Job Title: Client Benefits Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying Medicaid eligibility, completing admission paperwork, and ensuring that all new admission paperwork is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify Medicaid eligibility prior to admission
  • Complete admission paperwork, including Medicaid applications
  • Ensure all new admission paperwork is completed, including room and board agreements
  • Enter admission information into state systems and Interactant
  • Verify Social Security benefits eligibility and complete applications as needed
  • Ensure all individuals remain eligible for all benefits at all times
  • Communicate with Business Manager regarding changes to Level of Need
  • Review Quickbase for utilization issues and ensure needed revisions are completed timely

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of related office management or bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
