Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Quick Box Fulfillment. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring seamless communication throughout the fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administratively support the Client Services Director and team with client paperwork and reports
  • Generate and review critical internal and external facing reports to inform decision-making
  • Work and resolve service tickets submitted by Quick Box Clients based on impact to the business
  • Provide excellent service and maintain client satisfaction through critical problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Scan and email official correspondence from government and private entities
  • Serve as backup to the Client Services team, answering incoming calls and distributing messages as needed
  • Answer inbound calls from clients and customers
  • Perform other administrative duties as required and assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Quick and critical thinking skills with the ability to think independently
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong computer and word processing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work well in team environments and contribute ideas and feedback
  • Dependable and punctual with the ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of employees
  • Extremely organized with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
