About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team in Spectrum Field Operations. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Technicians in resolving internet, video, and telephone issues for customers
  • Use technical and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Work collaboratively with the team to optimize network performance and reliability
  • Act as a traffic controller for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service

Requirements
