About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians in resolving service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Field Technicians, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of computer programs and tools to resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers.
  • Act as a traffic controller for our Field Technicians, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues, utilizing your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
