About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team in Spectrum Field Operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Technicians in resolving internet, video, and telephone issues for customers
  • Use technical and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work in a 24/7 call center environment with a variety of integrated functions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical skills: MS Office and computer literate
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules in-office including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays
