We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher - Customer Care Support Specialist. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service operations by managing client communications and dispatching Technicians to address service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customer inquiries, coordinating service calls and ensuring prompt, efficient resolutions.
  • Dispatch Technicians to service locations, ensuring timely responses to client needs across multiple channels.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of service dispatches and customer interactions to ensure smooth internal operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer account management by updating CRM records, processing orders, and performing administrative tasks related to service requests.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatch, or client support, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferred) and basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive, proactive approach to customer service.
