**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions and Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Service Team Coordination: Plan and coordinate after-sales service activities, manage personnel resources, and ensure seamless on-site coordination of assemblies.
  • Service Works: Promote service works to customers, prepare technical-commercial offers, provide customer training, and commission primary and secondary cubicles.
  • Solutions: Identify customer needs, design automation, control, protection, and communications solutions using Medium Voltage products, and collaborate with customers and factories to develop detailed engineering and technical-commercial offers.

**Requirements**

  • Electrical degree or comparable
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear and power distribution products and services
  • Fluent speaking and writing English
  • Able to handle and solve unexpected situations
  • Able to travel
