Responsibilities

  • Culinary Equipment Operation: Operate commercial culinary equipment, such as slicers and grinders, to prepare and serve deli items.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to health department regulations and company standards.

Requirements
  • Age: Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Experience: Previous related experience and knowledge of deli meats & cheeses preferred.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of food preparation, storage/handling, and health department regulations.
  • Availability: Open availability, including weekends, with the ability to work in all work environments.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours, lifting and bending, and lift 25-50 pounds frequently.
