About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Manager to oversee our sales and client coordinator teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales and revenue goals, collaborating with marketing and other internal departments to support the sales process, and developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and partnership organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead the sales team to ensure sales and revenue goals are met
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal departments in support of the sales process
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key accounts and partnership organizations
  • Work with state and federal funding sources to secure financial training assistance for customers
  • Maintain overall efficiency and effectiveness of the training and scheduling processes, and collaborate with other departments to provide manufacturing training and resources to Michigan manufacturers
  • Oversee compliance with IACET standards for issuing CEUs and SHRM-related activities
About You

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional sales and business development leadership experience, a track record of success in sales at the executive level, and the ability to inspire a team toward achieving sales goals. You should have strong manufacturing knowledge and be looking to be part of a great team.
