Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while achieving performance targets for automotive steering and braking systems.
  • Lead key sales activities, including developing pricing strategies, securing internal approvals, negotiating contracts, and managing global accounts.
  • Closely collaborate with regional and global customers to ensure project objectives related to cost, quality, and timing are consistently met.
Account Management
  • Manage relationships with technology startups or OEMs, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Develop commercial proposals, sales contracts, quotations, and internal sample orders.
  • Maintain contract accuracy and manage data in customer portals and project folders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of sales, marketing, or related experience in the automotive industry.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
  • English fluency (Native speaker or C1 level).
