About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of our projects to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet the project objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure project compliance with all industry standards and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Site Management: Oversee the delivery of construction materials and ensure their proper storage and distribution on site, and resolve any site issues swiftly to prevent project delays.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications, and provide technical advice to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management, and maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, proficiency in project management software tools, and excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A professional engineering (PE) license will be considered an advantage.
