Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator with Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the general operation of the office, including the upkeep of operating cost records, associate files, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure staffing, service, and financial standards are met while improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Audit cash transactions, deposit funds, and prepare financial statements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments within the operation and maintain knowledge of sector-support departments in the corporate office.
- Provide recommendations for the selection and performance management of associates.
- Attend staff and management team meetings.
- Inventories and maintains office supplies.
