Job Title: Rental Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Rental Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Bernard Nickels & Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing equipment rental operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment rental communications, including phone, email, and text.
  • Analyze equipment availability and place holds on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process paperwork and insurance for rental agreements, maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Generate estimates, invoices, and packing slips for rentals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and shop mechanics to facilitate equipment pick-ups and returns.
  • Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support the sales team by providing product information and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, Dropbox, and Office 365.
  • Ability to type 60 words per minute or higher with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed documentation and scheduling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year
