Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Home Care Services Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our home care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departments function efficiently and effectively, aligning with our company's mission to provide exceptional home care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in healthcare administration, with 5+ years of experience in the LHCSA industry. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating service delivery is essential. You should also possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Oversight of daily operations of home care services, ensuring all departments function efficiently and in line with company goals.
    • Management and coordination of care delivery to ensure quality service for clients.
    • Supervision of scheduling, staffing, and overall workforce management to meet client needs.
  • Staff Supervision & Development:
    • Direct supervision and support of department heads and staff to ensure effective collaboration and teamwork.
    • Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing staff training and development programs to maintain high service standards.
    • Ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained and addressing any personnel issues.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance:
    • Implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to state and federal guidelines.
    • Ensure all operations are compliant with healthcare regulations, including patient care standards, and occupational safety requirements.
  • Quality Control:
    • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided to clients, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
    • Leading efforts to continuously improve operational processes and care delivery systems.
  • Logistics & Resource Management:
    • Oversight of the management of resources, supplies, and equipment needed to provide home care services.
    • Coordination and streamlining of logistics to optimize service delivery and reduce operational costs.
  • Client Relations:
    • Acting as a liaison between clients and care providers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure communication and service alignment.
  • Financial & Budget Oversight:
    • Collaboration with the finance department to oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of operational departments.
    • Monitoring operational expenditures and working to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in the LHCSA industry.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices in home care services.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
