The Housing Resource Coordinator plays a critical role in our Workforce Development and Refugee Services programs by providing expert guidance on finding affordable housing, avoiding scams, and navigating rental assistance programs.

This full-time position is based in Brooklyn and offers a competitive salary of $60,000-$65,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off (vacation, personal, and sick time), and paid holidays.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of experience in housing case management or real estate property management. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
