Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical sector or MEP coordination, or 5 years of hands-on electrical experience at a supervisory level.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities in a team environment.
  • Experience managing all facets of a project, including budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, active listening, and business writing skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction drawings across relevant disciplines.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including the MS Office suite and Bluebeam/Adobe.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background as an electrician, degree in Construction Management, certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to perform cost estimation.
  • Familiarity with Accubid software.
  • Experience in BIM Coordination/REVIT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project initiation tasks and lead kickoff meetings.
  • Assist in assembling the project team.
  • Generate project-specific reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proactive coordination of project scope with the Project Team, Operations, and Purchasing to optimize efficiency and cost management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Possess familiarity with construction contracts and related documentation.
  • Follow established company protocols, reporting structures, and departmental procedures.
  • Conduct audits and manage project-specific responsibilities, including cost control, schedule adherence, productivity, quality assurance, scope definition, and contract modifications.
  • Prepare project close-out documentation and facilitate lessons-learned discussions.
  • Review records and reports critical to the effective management of ongoing projects and assigned responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans effective the month following employment.

  • Paid Time Off starting at 18 days, accrued weekly, with carryover allowed after 90 days of employment.
