Position Requirements
  • Extensive background, skills, knowledge, and experience in marine design, engineering, and manufacturing techniques commonly utilized in marine construction and service.
  • Familiarity with ship construction, repair, and conversion, including various vessel types, systems, and components.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and guiding stakeholders towards realistic consensus while safeguarding the needs and relationships with key parties.
  • Strong understanding of current regulations, standards, and practices set forth by regulatory bodies, including USCG and classification societies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project.

Compensation range from $110,000 - $135,000 annually.
