- Familiarity with ship construction, repair, and conversion, including various vessel types, systems, and components.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and guiding stakeholders towards realistic consensus while safeguarding the needs and relationships with key parties.
- Strong understanding of current regulations, standards, and practices set forth by regulatory bodies, including USCG and classification societies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project.
Compensation range from $110,000 - $135,000 annually.
